MAGNET Magazine has exclusively premiered the first single off the self-titled debut album from New York's The Heroic Enthusiasts.

The band’s self-produced LP was mixed by Mercury Rev’s Anthony Molina and is out via the Bodan Kuma label. Formed in 2014, the quartet is made up of James Tabbi (Eleven Pond), Thomas Ferrara (Bullseye), Mike James (Longwave) and Dexter Redic (Roots Collider). Says James, “We all hit it off with a mutual love of bands like Japan and Cocteau Twins. I think we knew there was immediate chemistry, and I was indeed intrigued by the sound. It wasn’t forced or revivalist to me. It sounded honest.” You can listen to the single via MAGNET here

The Heroic Enthusiasts is out October 20, 2017 and pre-orders are available now.

WATCH: Kat Meoz "L.A. Don't Love You" Premiere via Troma Entertainment

The legendary (and infamous) Troma Entertainment has premiered the newest video for Kat Meoz's single "L.A. Don't Love You".

Shot by acclaimed director Kansas Bowling (Troma's B.C. Butcher) and featuring Troma's own Lloyd Kaufman, the video pays homage to Kenneth Anger's infamous novel Hollywood Babylon, showcasing the darkness and exploits of the glamour "Old Hollywood." The song itself is a blistering anthem of self doubt in the City of Angels, which is a fitting soundtrack to the gritty, frenetic video.

Kat Meoz's latest release, L.A. Don't Love You is out now.

Join us in welcoming Grand Canyon to the Bodan Kuma family.

The six piece band plays "west coast rock", Americana country pop reminiscent of artists like Tom Petty and Fleetwood Mac. The band includes Casey Shea (vocals and guitar), Allison Pierce (vocals), Joe Guese (guitar and keys), Adam Popick (bass), Tom Polce (drums), and Matt Pynn (guitar and pedal steel). Formerly all east coasters, the band members migrated to Los Angeles, and created Grand Canyon on the east side of town in 2015.

The band are finishing up their debut album, tentatively scheduled for early 2018. For now, you can start with their single, "Lucinda", below.
